• Photos you provide. When you use photo recognition, the images you capture or select (for example, appliance nameplates, model labels, or fault photos) are uploaded to our servers to identify the equipment and generate diagnostic results.
• Diagnostic and repair data. Symptom descriptions, diagnostic sessions, and related inputs you submit to obtain repair guidance.
• Parts request information. When you submit a parts request (quote), we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact details (email/phone), address, and the requested parts.
• Device and usage data. Basic technical information such as app version, device type, and error logs, used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• To identify appliances from photos and provide diagnostic results.
• To provide AI-assisted repair guidance.
• To process and fulfill parts orders.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Payments

The app does not process payments. Parts requests are submitted as quote/inquiry requests only; no payment is taken in the app, and we do not collect payment card information. Any purchase, pricing, and payment is arranged separately outside the app by our team.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, image recognition, and order fulfillment/shipping providers), and where required by law. These providers are only permitted to use the information to perform services on our behalf.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill orders, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Uploaded photos are retained only as long as needed to provide recognition and diagnostic results and for reasonable service improvement.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information transmitted to and stored by the Service. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Camera, Photos, and Microphone

The app requests access to your camera and photo library so you can capture or select images for recognition and order verification. Access is used only for these purposes and only after you grant permission. You can manage these permissions at any time in your device Settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for professional and adult users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
